PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a metal thin film lamination board including a conductive layer and manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent film separation on a first and a second metal thin film surface. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive film(110) and a metal thin film(120) are successively laminated both surfaces of a long polymer film. A thin film of a metallic oxide is additionally formed on one or more surfaces of the metal thin film. A resin film is rolled as a roll shape. The resin film is unrolled, electrode patterns(101,103) are formed by being engraved on both surfaces of the resin film. The metallic oxide thin film is additionally constructed on a first or a second surface of a conductive layer.
