PURPOSE: A lateral flow assay strip is enable quantitative measurement of antigens in a sample without separate analysis equipment and additional processes and to immediately diagnose diseases. CONSTITUTION: A lateral flow assay strip for quantitative analysis comprises a sample pad(1), a conjugate pad(2), a measuring pad(3), and an absorbing pad(4) on a base member(5). The test part of the measuring pad contains a plurality of captors which is conjugated with target antigens. Each captor of the test part is formed in a spot or line. The test part has captors of a spot type which are separately arranged in a plurality of lines along the longitudinal direction of the measuring pad.
