PURPOSE: A display device is provided to implement stable shutter operation by immediately fixing both sides of a mechanical layer and a second conductive layer at the first conductive layer. CONSTITUTION: A display device includes an insulating substrate(215) and pixels. Each pixel includes a thin film transistor(220), a shutter tool unit(300), and a first conductive layer(226). The shutter tool unit controls light penetration of each pixel. The shutter tool unit includes a second conductive layer(354) and a mechanical layer(352). The mechanical layer and the second conductive layer are fixed to the first conductive layer.
