发明名称 METHOD MANUFACTURING OF ROUND SLING
摘要 PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing round slings is provided to remove the necessity of having additional facilities by using a conventional winding apparatus in all processes, to increase the working efficiency which enhances the product efficiency of the round slings by using the same length of a core fiber centralization tube regardless of the length of a protection jacket, and to reduce the facility costs as additional core fiber centralization tubes with different lengths are not required. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing of round slings including a protection jacket(2) and a core fiber, and using a winding apparatus(20) with a first rotation roller(22), a second rotation roller(23), and a core fiber centralization tube, comprises the following steps: first step composed of forming corrugation on the front end of the protection jacket, and inserting the core fiber centralization tube into the inside of the corrugation; second step composed of forming a loop inserting the first core fiber(1a) into the protection jacket while a part of the first core fiber is exposed to outside, slinging the exposed first core fiber on the first rotation roller and the protection jacket on the second rotation roller, and inserting and fixing the core fiber centralization tube that is inserted into the corrugation of the protection jacket on the clamp(25); third step composed of connecting the second core fiber(1b) which is wound on a winding roller(R) to the exposed first core fiber; fourth step composed of forming a semi-finished product by winding the second core fiber along with the first core fiber which is moving on caterpillar treads in the inside of the protection jacket by the rotation of the first rotation roller; fifth step composed of cutting the second core fiber and separating the semi-finished product from the winding apparatus; and sixth step composed of disassembling the core fiber centralization tube, spreading the corrugation of the protection jacket, and making a finished product by facing the front and rear ends of the protection jacket. Regardless of the length of the finished product, the same length of the core fiber centralization tube is used.
