PURPOSE: A side door lock assembly of a vehicle is provided to improve external appearance while increasing user convenience by matching a lock assembly exposed to the outside a side door with an exterior surface of a grip type outdoor handle. CONSTITUTION: An outdoor handle is installed on an exterior surface of a side door to be exposed and opens and closes the side door. A lock assembly(101) is installed at one side of the outdoor handle and forms a key insertion hole and controls opening and closing of the side door. A lock assembly cover(130) is rotatably coupled in the lock assembly and opens and closes the key insertion hole with a rotational operation. A switching operation member is arranged in the lock assembly and controls opening and closing of the lock assembly cover. A push part is arranged in the lock assembly. The push part elastically supports the lock assembly cover through the switching operation member in an opening direction of the key insertion hole when the holding of the lock assembly is released. |
