PURPOSE: An air pump with a ball fixing device is provided to rapidly inject air into a ball by fixing the ball. CONSTITUTION: An air pump with a ball fixing device comprises an air pump and an air injection needle(11) which is formed in an air injection valve formed on one side of the air pump. The air pump is connected to a flexible spring tube(30) and a recycle container(40). A net(50) for fixing a ball is formed inside the recycle container. The flexible spring tube fixes a ball to the net. Holes are formed with a constant interval in the net to insert the air injection needle.
