PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing fabrics having conductivity and a method of manufacturing gloves using the fabrics are provided to manufacture the fabrics having conductivity by weaving each yarn at a predetermined ratio, and gloves having conductivity using the fabric, wherein the gloves are able to be used without taking off when using devices such as smart phones or PDA with an electrostatic capacitive type of touch screen. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing fabrics having conductivity includes a step of weaving yarns with conductivity vertically and horizontally. The yarns contain more amounts of nylon, polyester and spandex. The fabric is manufactured by weaving the yarns including the following: 5-15 parts by weight of 70 denier conductive yarns; 30-40 parts by weight of mixed nylon of 70 denier nylon and 100 denier nylon; 45-55 parts by weight of mixed polyester of 72 or 75 denier DTY(Draw Textured Yarn) and 144 or 150 denier DTY; and 3-7 parts by weight of 30 denier spandex. In nylon, 9-19 parts by weight of 70 denier nylon and 16-26 parts by weight of 100 denier nylon are mixed, and in polyester, 8-18 parts by weight of 72 or 75 denier DTY and 32-42 parts by weight of 144 or 150 denier DTY are mixed. The method of manufacturing the gloves(100) using the fabrics with conductivity comprises the following steps:(a) step of manufacturing the fabrics by weaving each yarn vertically and horizontally;(b) step of performing a refine or bleach process after the fabric manufactured in step(a) is dyed; and(c) step of finishing the product in a gloves shape by shirring and heat-treating a napping-processed fabric from step(b).
