PURPOSE: A table with foldable chairs is provided to prevent noise when chairs are folded and to improve durability of the same. CONSTITUTION: A table with foldable chairs comprises a table unit(100), a seat unit(200), and a rotary folding unit(300). The table unit comprises a table and a support for supporting the table. The seat unit comprises a seat and a seat frame for supporting the seat. The rotary folding unit connects the seat unit to the table unit by a screw coupling manner and comprises a hinge block, a hinge bracket, and a connecting frame.
