PURPOSE: A producing method of rice snacks containing purple sweet potato is provided to offer nutrients and anthocyanin of the purple sweet potato to the snack. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice snacks containing purple sweet potato comprises the following steps: steaming the purple sweet potato for 90-120 minutes; mixing 10-20wt% of steamed purple sweet potato, 79.9-89.9wt% of rice, and 0.1wt% of natural sweetening agent; molding the mixture, and drying the mixture until the water content is 1-5%; and puffing the dried mixture at 200-280 deg. C for 1-3 seconds. |
