PURPOSE: A foldable boat is provided to easily load a foldable boat on a trunk of a general vehicle by reducing the size of the boat and to balance the boat in the water by mounting a side buoy. CONSTITUTION: A foldable boat comprises a stem part(10), a middle part(30), and a stern part(50). A first folding line and a second folding line are arranged between the stem part and the middle part and between the middle part and the stern part. A third folding line is arranged in a longitudinal direction of the stem part, middle part, and stern part. A pair of inner folding lines and a pair of outer folding lines are arranged in the stern part. The pentagon back plate clapboard is arranged. A pair of back folded panels are installed in both ends of the back plate clapboard. The pair of back folded panels are inserted into a hull and are protruded to the outside of a hull according to inward and outward folding. A stern supporting plate and a stern buoy are attached in both sides of the back plate clapboard in the stern part to face each other. Side buoys are detachably mounted in both sides of the stern part and the middle part.
