PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to prevent silver diffusion by improving a deposition force by including an Ag(argentums) Cu(cupper) metal. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode layer(150) is formed on a supporting substrate(110). A light emitting structure(170) is arranged on the first electrode layer. The light emitting structure comprises a first conductivity type semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second conductivity semiconductor layer. A second electrode layer is formed on the light emitting structure. The first electrode layer comprises a reflecting layer(130). |
