PURPOSE: A functional chair is provided to facilitate the movement of the chair when a user stands up and to fix the chair when the user sits on the chair. CONSTITUTION: A functional chair comprises an elastic support frame which supports a seat plate(110), is made of an elastic material, and has a plurality of supports extended downward, a wheel(130) which is formed in the lower part of the elastic support frame, an auxiliary leg(140) which is protruded downward from one position of the elastic support frame, and a skid-proof member(150) which is installed in the bottom of an assistant leg. The elastic support frame is made of a metal material having elastic force.
