PURPOSE: A hydrogel anti-adhesion agent is provided to effectively prevent adhesion and to ensure mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a hydrogel anti-adhesion agent comprises: a step of introducing a carboxyl group to pullulan; a step of introducing tyramine to the pullulan; and a step of reacting horseradish peroxidase(HRP), the modified pullulan, and hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2). The carboxyl group is introduced using 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-piperidinyloxy, free radical(TEMPO), sodium bromide(NaBr), and sodium hypochloride solution. The tyramine is introduced using tyramine, N-hydroxysuccinimide(NHS), and 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethyl aminopropyl)-carbodiimide (EDC).
