PURPOSE: A functional chair with moving wheels is provided to facilitate the movement of the chair when a user stands up and to fix the chair when the user sits on the chair. CONSTITUTION: A functional chair with moving wheels comprises a fixed frame, an assistant leg(130), and an elastic unit(140). The fixed frame supports a seat plate and has a plurality of fixed legs which are extended downward. A shock absorbing and skidproof member is installed in the lower part of the fixed leg and absorbs shock and increases frictional force. The assistant leg is rotationally connected to one side of the fixed leg and is formed with wheels. The elastic unit is arranged between the fixed leg and assistant leg. The shock absorbing and skidproof member is made of a rubber or synthetic resin material.
