PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of functional fabric and a coating roller therefor are provided to improve the sensuousness and marketability of fabric by directly forming indicators such as various patterns, trademarks or logos with a binder solution. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of functional fabric includes the step of coating with a binder solution which is mixed with phase transformation capsules while flat-spreading and transporting fabrics. The manufacturing method of functional fabric comprises: the process of maintaining a predetermined amount of a binder solution in a basin under transporting textile; the process of installing a coating roller(300), in which a printing surface(300a) pitted according to patterns or indicators is formed on the outer appearance, above the basin so that the lower side of the coating roller is dipped in the binder solution; and the process of coating the binder solution which is filled on the printing surface on the transporting fabrics by rotating the coating roller at a fixed speed. The printing surface is formed by assembling dot forms which are pitted in the same gap to the gap of the texture in the fabric, the transportation speed and the coating roller speed are controlled so that each crossing point of the texture coincides with each dot form when rotating the coating roller while transporting the fabric. |
