PURPOSE: A tumbling practice apparatus is provided to enhance user's interest and pride on a mattress exercise. CONSTITUTION: A tumbling practice apparatus comprises a footstool(110), a rolling part(120) with an aid unit for guiding the direction of the head, a support part(130) which controls the height of footstool and rolling part, and a slope part(140) in which an inclined surface is formed. The rolling part is located to be adjacent to the footstool.
