A calcium aqueous solution and phosphoric acid are reacted in a hyper basic region higher than pH 11.65. The hyper basic region is pH 11.65-12.5. The reaction is performed in a vacuum or carbon dioxide free atmosphere. The carbon dioxide free atmosphere is a nitrogen atmosphere. The calcium aqueous solution is a oversaturated calcium aqueous solution. The calcium density of the calcium aqueous solution is 0.1-0.5M.
