PURPOSE: A sliding lift for a disabled person is provided to prevent the fall of a disabled person who is on board the lift. CONSTITUTION: A sliding lift for a disabled person comprises a fixed plate(120) which is fixed to the bottom of a vehicle, a link unit(140) which is mounted on the fixed plate and is folded or unfolded, a platform(130) which is mounted on a fixed frame and slides to the outside from the inside of the fixed plate, a first driver which is mounted on the fixed frame and moves the platform, and a second driver(170) which is driven to fold or unfold the link unit. A safety guide comprises a left frame(210), a right frame(220), a front frame(230), and a rear frame(240).
