PURPOSE: Ice cream containing white lotus, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer valuable components of the white lotus to consumers. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of ice cream containing white lotus comprises the following steps: preparing and cutting 10-20 parts by weight of white lotus leaves and 30-40 parts by weight of white lotus root(S1); washing the cut white lotus in sea water and drying the washed white lotus(S2, S3); crushing the dried white lotus into a micropowder(S4); mixing the obtained white lotus powder with an ice cream mix(T2); and freezing the mixture to obtain the ice cream(T3).
