PURPOSE: An electronic device, and an open circuit detecting system, a detecting method thereof are provided to determine the state of a target circuit regardless of the noise generated in various circuit devices. CONSTITUTION: One end of an open circuit detecting system(110) is connected to the ground. The other end is connected to a target circuit(120). The open circuit detecting system detects an open circuit. One of the target circuits is connected to the open circuit detecting system. The other end is connected to the virtual ground caused by the characteristic impedance of a parasitic capacitor(130).
