PURPOSE: A timing controller and a display device including the same are provided to minimize the impact of soft fail by initializing setting data using a reset signal. CONSTITUTION: A noise detection circuit(500) includes at least one detector and a reset signal generator. The detector outputs at least one detection signal. The detection signal has a logic level based on reference data. The reference data is toggled by being synchronized to a clock signal. The reset signal generator outputs a reset signal. One or more setting controllers(150) store setting data used for processing RGB image data. The setting controller initializes the setting data. |
