PURPOSE: An evaporation cooling apparatus is provided to cool air with the electricity which is one tenth of an existing cooling method. CONSTITUTION: A cooling apparatus comprises a heat exchange pipe and a dual heat exchange pipe. The heat exchange pipe is installed at a suction discharge pipe. The heat exchange is supplied with heat, and supplies the heat to the internal air through a fan. The heated air is in contact with air, and humid air is generated. An evaporation pad blows the air to a sprayer to generate the humid air. A suction fan discharge steam by absorbing the humid air.
