Provided is a pro-coagulant peptide or a peptide derivative comprising the sequence motif WDLYFEIVW or its variant amino acid sequence comprising one, two, three or four amino acid substitutions in specified locations and to specified amino acids, or the retro-inverso variant of the aforementioned peptides. The peptides can be used to treat haemophilia diseases with a deficiency of factors FV, FVII, FVIII, FX and/or FXI. |
