The present invention relates to an articulation control system for use with an articulated vehicle (10) having a front vehicle body (11) and a rear vehicle body (12), said front and rear vehicle bodies (11, 12) being arranged to be connected together by articulation means (13) comprising first damping means and second damping means for providing relative rotation relative to each other, said system comprising control means for controlling said rotation by controlling said first damping means and said second damping means. The system includes a first control unit (31) for controlling said first damping means, and a second control unit (32), separate from said first control unit (31), for controlling said second damping means.
