PURPOSE: An apparatus for filtering impurities from sewage is provided to prevent damage to an underwater pump caused by impurities flowing into the underwater pump. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for filtering impurities from sewage comprises a holder(200), a bucket screen(100), a guide bar(400), an upper bracket(110), and a lower bracket(120). The holder is installed inside a manhole pump station(10) to be separated downward from a sewage inlet pipe(20). The bucket screen is formed in a mesh structure and can be drawn into/out of the manhole pump station. When the bucket screen is placed on the holder, the bucket screen is rotated to be inclined toward the inner wall of the manhole pump station. The guide bar is extended downward toward the holder. The upper and lower brackets are formed on the top and bottom of the bucket screen, and the guide bar penetrates through the upper and lower brackets. |
