PURPOSE: A pipeline regeneration method is provided to improve the strength of a repairing/reinforcing material because a gap between first and second flexible tubes is sufficiently impregnated with resin. CONSTITUTION: A pipeline regeneration method is as follows. The deposit of a pipeline is cleaned. A movable tube guide unit(7) is installed on the ground between a flexible tube feeder(5) and manhole(3). A first flexible tube(1) is rolled into a cylinder shape through a tube guide unit, thereby smoothly being inserted into the inside of the manhole when the first flexible tube is inserted. A movable pulling power damper(9) reducing pulling power of a winch is installed in between a front fixing unit(10) of the first flexible tube and a wire(61) of the pulling winch. The first flexible tube is pulled into the inside of a predetermined section of the pipeline through the pulling winch through the manhole. The second flexible tube is inverted/injected by using water pressure or pneumatic pressure so that first impregnated portions of the first and second flexible tubes are attached to each other. A heat source is supplied to the first and second flexible tubes so that the resins of the first and second flexible tubes are cured and the first and second flexible tubes are integrated with each other.
