The system (1) has interfering transmitters (8-10) transmitting radiofrequency waves. A control device (7) controls emission of the radiofrequency waves and remotely unlocks an opening system of an opening frame i.e. door, of a motor vehicle (4) i.e. car. A detecting unit detects the unlocking opening system of the opening frame of the motor vehicle. The control device is mounted on a mobile support (6), where displacement of the mobile support is controlled so as to modify the distance separating the mobile support and the motor vehicle. An independent claim is also included for a method for implementing a validation system.
