The present invention provides compositions containing arylcycloalkylamine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein the arylcycloalkylamine is an NMDA antagonist receptor and a biocompatible polymer or a combination of biocompatible polymers for preparing a medicament, wherein the composition is gel-like and used for the treatment of inner ear diseases, or liquid. These compositions or medicaments containing these compositions may be used for the prevention and/or treatment of inner ear diseases, e.g. tinnitus by applying thereof on a tissue structure between middle and inner ear. |
