The device has a tap or a valve comprising a device with three openings, where the first opening is connected to a hot water pipe. Cold water passes into the first opening, and is directed to a water recovery circuit by the second openings when the tap or the valve is in an open position. A thermal switch allows displacement of water along direction or another direction of a water system in turn by blocking one of the three openings of the device according to temperature of water. The switch blocks the second opening and releases the third opening after the switch is deformed.
