Provided is an isolated antibody that specifically binds a human frizzled receptor selected from the group consisting of FZD1, FZD2, FZD5, FZD7, and FZD8, wherein the antibody comprises defined sequences of the six CDRs in heavy and light chains. Further provided are antibodies binding the specific epitopes and deposited plasmids encoding the antibodies. The antibodies are useful for treating tumours. |
