PURPOSE: A water treatment system with a plasma discharging reactor and a pressurized floatation bath is provided to improve the efficiency of water treatment by gradually treating foreign materials through the plasma discharging reactor and the pressurized floatation bath. CONSTITUTION: A water treatment system includes a plasma discharging reactor(20), a floc forming bath(30), and a pressurized floatation bath(100). The plasma discharging reactor includes a grounding pipe, a rod-shaped discharging electrode, and a power applying part. The grounding pipe includes a feed water inlet and a feed water outlet. The discharging electrode is arranged along the internal center of the grounding pipe. The discharging electrode is spaced apart from the grounding pipe and generates a plasma discharging reaction about the grounding pipe. The power applying part applies electric power to the grounding pipe and the discharging electrode. The floc forming bath forms floc by introducing chemicals into feed water through the plasma discharging reactor. The pressurizing floatation bath includes an auxiliary floatation bath and a main floatation bath. The auxiliary floatation bath introduces feed water with the floc into the auxiliary floatation bath. The auxiliary floatation bath induces the floatation of the feed water. A scum removing unit is arranged at the upper part of the main floatation bath to remove the floated floc. Water without the floc is drained. |
