PURPOSE: A light emitting display test handler is provided to improve the accuracy of storing work by classifying tested light emitting displays into each grade according to test results. CONSTITUTION: A supply portion(4) supplies a test target light emitting display. A test unit is installed in a test portion(6). A picker portion(5) transfers the light emitting display from the supply portion to the test portion. A classification portion(3) classifies the light emitting display in each grade according to a test result. A storage portion(1) stores the light emitting display according to each grade. A transfer portion(7) transfers the tested light emitting display from the test portion to the classification portion. |
