PURPOSE: A waste heat exchange system using a cooling cycle is provided to improve energy efficiency by increasing the temperature of a supply water to the maximum and decreasing the temperature of waste water to the minimum. CONSTITUTION: A waste heat exchange system using a cooling cycle comprises a supply water tank(10), a waste water heat collector(20), a hot water tank(30), a boiler(40), and a reservoir tank(50). An evaporator(60) and a heat pump(70) are connected to the reservoir tank. A branch pipe(75) is connected to the heat pump to reheat supply water passing through the waste heat collector in the heat pump. The reheated supply water is supplied to the hot water tank again.
