<p>A container (1) for the fermentative production of biogas from organic substrates, comprising an axial stirrer (9), one or more inlet devices (2) for filling the container, one or more outlet devices (3, 4) for emptying the container and for drawing out a fermentation residue, an external line (5) for supplying a fermenting mixture into a ring line (7) having a plurality of outlet openings (8) for spraying the surface (14) of the fermenting mixture in the container, a device (11) for drawing out the biogas that is produced, and a unit (10) for controlling the temperature of the fermenting mixture. The fermenting mixture is sprayed onto the fermentation mixture in the container in the direction of rotation of the stirrer. Fermentation is carried out in a temperature range from 30oC to 60oC. Also disclosed are a method for the fermentative production of biogas from organic substrate, a method for suppressing frothing during the fermentative production of biogas, and a method for the improved conversion of oils and fats in organic substrates during the fermentative production of biogas, which can be carried out in a container.</p> |
