PURPOSE: A network-based smart RTU(Remote Terminal Unit) for monitoring a town gas remote area is provided to reduce installation costs of a magnetism pressure record meter by including the magnetic pressure record meter of a town gas constant pressure facility in the inner side of a recorder. CONSTITUTION: A network-based smart RTU for monitoring a town gas remote area collects operating state including pressure, flow rate, and gas leakage alarm of a town gas constant pressure facility and transmits it to a remote situation room server. The network-based smart RTU creates real-time state of the town gas constant pressure facility as a chart form using a graphic screen(300), an industrial panel PC(111) including a touch panel, and an analog data acquisition board(114). A pressure recorder functions as a black-box in the network failure or accident, and trouble occurrence.
