PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of paste type antibacterial soap for hand wash and a soap manufactured by the same are provided to enhance antibiosis and to provide anti-bacterial soap in sol state. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of paste type antibacterial soap for hand wash comprises the following stages: mixing C12-18 fatty acid, glycerin and surfactant and adding potassium hydroxide and water to the mixture and performing saponification by agitation in order for the reaction rate to be 70-85%; additionally adding viscosity modifier and water while maintaining the temperature as 90-100 deg. Celsius and agitating the added mixture; agitating by additionally adding seaweeds extract or schisandra chinensis extract as an anti-microbial agent after cooling; and settling the pasted soap and packing by injecting the soap into a tube-type container.
