PURPOSE: A bus bar connection device of a power distribution system is provided to improve coupling bearing power while easily combining the gap between compression parts. CONSTITUTION: A first compression part(10) surrounds a part of the outer circumferential surface of a bus bar. A second compression part(20) is combined with one end of the first compression part. The second compression part surrounds the other part of the outer circumferential surface of the bus bar. A coupling fixing part(30,40) fixes other end of the first compression part and the second compression part. One end of the first compression part and the second compression part are combined with each other.
