Vibrating units (5) drive the device. A power supply unit (4) supplies the power to the vibrating unit. A switching system (6) selectively feeds the vibrating units with the supply unit. An electrical system (3), the vibrating units and the power supply unit are confined within the interior volume of the casing, and mass of the device ranges between 10-30 grams.
