An average support head (6) comprises a bearing surface head (6a), and lower and upper brackets (6b, 6c), where the lower and upper brackets are supported on the peripheral wall. The average support head is arranged to spare a water passage (7) of the basin toward the overflow duct. The bearing surface head is positioned so as to mask the overflow duct.
