PURPOSE: A smart shoes system for improving healthcare is provided to serve emergency call in case of emergency by determining a situation according to motion patterns of a user. CONSTITUTION: A smart shoes system includes an acceleration sensor of shoes, a GPS(Global Positioning System) of a smart phone, and a biometric information analysis server. The acceleration value of the acceleration sensor and the attitude value of the GPS are transmitted to the biometric information analysis server through the smart phone. The biometric information analysis server determines motion patterns through acceleration mean value. The biometric information analysis server determines emergency through the acceleration mean value and the attitude value.
