The board has a plate (1) with elongated conformation, and made of a mass of an alveolar material, where the plate extends between a front zone i.e. nose (2) and a rear zone i.e. heel (3) that are connected with each other by lateral margins i.e. rails (4) of the plate. The plate comprises a lifting face (6) for lifting the plate on water and a support face (5) for a bust of a user. The plate is provided with a body placed in a receiving cradle (8) of the bust of the user, in a longitudinal and raised median zone of the support face, where the cradle is placed in overhang of the plate.
