<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably execute a performance corresponding to a player's operation. <P>SOLUTION: In Fig.(A), a look-ahead prediction performance is executed, where holding storage display corresponding to variation executed next in a start winning storage display area 5H becomes a special mode. At this occasion, if inclination operation corresponding to the special game is performed, control is performed to change the holding storage display in special display in starlike display as shown in Fig.(D). When no inclination operation corresponding to the special mode is performed in Fig.(A), display in a varying special pattern display area 5I having shifted from the start winning storage display area 5H becomes special display as shown in Fig.(B).
