<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation measurement device capable of precisely performing quantitative analysis and energy analysis of radioactive nuclides while maintaining time resolution of a radiation detector. <P>SOLUTION: An analog-digital converter 2 converts each of analog pulse signals output from a semiconductor radiation detector 1 into plural digital signals. The digital signals are input to a threshold circuit 3 to identify digital signals exceeding a threshold value. The identified plural digital signals of each analog pulse signal are added by a digital signal adder circuit 4 to obtain an added value for each analog pulse signal. Each added value is input to a spectrum generating circuit 5 to generate a radiation energy spectrum by using the added values. Precise quantitative analysis and energy analysis of radioactive nuclides 9 are made by using the radiation energy spectrums. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
