<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ACF sticking apparatus, a component mounting system, an ACF sticking method and a component mounting method capable of performing sufficient cause pursuit at an occurrence of component mounting failure on a board by identifying a sticking head which has performed the sticking operation of the piece of ACF tape. <P>SOLUTION: The ACF sticking apparatus performs a pair sticking operation in which, when an electrode row 3L includes even number of electrodes 3B, two pieces of ACF tape 5s are simultaneously stuck on two electrodes 3B by two sticking heads 14; and when the electrode row 3L includes odd number of electrodes 3B, after performing the pair sticking operation, a single sticking operation is performed to stick a piece of ACF tape 5s onto the remaining electrode 3B by one sticking head 14. When the two sticking heads 14 perform the sticking operation to stick the pieces of ACF tape 5s onto the electrodes 3B on the board 2, a piece of data representing the relationship between each electrode 3B and the sticking head 14 that has performed the sticking operation to stick the pieces of ACF tape 5s onto the electrode 3B is created. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
