A cooling system (1) that cools an HV device (31) includes a compressor (12), heat exchangers (14, 18) and an expansion valve (16). The cooling system (1) further includes a four- way valve (13) that switches flow of refrigerant during air-conditioning operation. The cooling system (1) further includes a first line and a second line that are paths of refrigerant connected in parallel between the heat exchanger (14) and the expansion valve (16); a cooling portion (30) that is provided in the second line and that cools the HV device (31); a refrigerant line (41) and a refrigerant line (43, 45). The refrigerant line (41) provides fluid communication between a path of refrigerant, between the compressor (12) and the heat exchanger (14); and the second line closer to the heat exchanger (14) than the cooling portion (.30). The refrigerant line (43, 45) provides fluid communication between a path of refrigerant, between the expansion valve (16) and the heat exchanger (18), and the second line closer to the expansion valve (16) than the cooling portion (30). |
