<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting display device. <P>SOLUTION: The organic light emitting display device for preventing external light reflection and further improving permeability of the external light comprises: a substrate; a plurality of pixels having a first region formed on a first face of the substrate and emitting light in a direction of the substrate and a second region, through which the external light permeates; a plurality of pixel circuit parts arranged on the first region of each pixel and having at least one thin film transistor each; a first insulator film covering the pixel circuit parts; a plurality of electrodes formed on the first insulator film, arranged in the first region of each pixel independently, and electrically connected to each pixel circuit part; a second insulator film covering at least one part of the first electrode; a second electrode opposed to the first electrode, coupled with any pixel, and formed at least in the first region of each pixel; an organic film interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; a sealing member opposed to the first face of the substrate; and a reflection prevention film positioned on a second face of the substrate.
