<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for disinfecting pipes while preventing generation of nasty smell after draining condensate produced at a heat exchanger for latent heat recovery to a heating circulation circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A condensate draining means 40 is provided with a drain circuit 42 connected between a recovery tray 41 and an additional heating circulation circuit 20, and a drain tank 44 provided in the drain circuit 42. A control means 60 drains condensate accumulated in the drain tank 44 to the additional heating circulation circuit 20. After that, pipe cleaning of the additional heating circulation circuit 20 is performed. In the pipe cleaning, at first the condensate adhered to the pipes of the additional heating circulation circuit 20 is removed by supplying unheated water to the additional heating circulation circuit 20 via a hot water filling circuit 30 from a hot water supply circuit 10. At that time, since cleaning water is at low temperature, generation of nasty smell can be inhibited. Next, the pipes of the additional heating circulation circuit 20 are disinfected by supplying hot water from a hot water supply circuit 10 to the additional heating circulation circuit 20 via the hot water filling circuit 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
