<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel generating no bubbles in an adhesive layer. <P>SOLUTION: A capacitance type touch panel 1 according to the present invention includes: a first substrate 2 including an ITO electrode 3; an adhesive material layer 4 provided on the first substrate 2 to cover the ITO electrode 3; and a second substrate 5 stuck to the first substrate 2 via the adhesive material layer 4. The adhesive material layer is formed of an adhesive material having a tangent loss (tan δ) of 0.54 or more in an autoclave at a temperature of 50°C that is shown in the formula (1).
