The invention relates to an equipment for simultaneous electro-erosion processing of micro-slot structures, intended to be mounted to a volume electro-erosion processing machine. According to the invention, the equipment comprises some tool-holder supports () wherein there are mounted some lamella-type tools (), a disc () or several discs of various sizes being positioned in a nodal point of an ultrasonic chain (), attached by means of a cylinder (), where an extremity () of the disc () constitutes an anti-nodal point, which oscillates with a maximal amplitude in the vicinity of the tool (), the tool washing being achieved by some washing modules positioned on another rotary disc () provided with some bores (), the adjustment of the tool () being made by means of a plate () which orients the tool () on a cam (), the inclination of said plate () being obtained by means of some nuts () screwed on some screws () and of some helical compression springs (). |
