PURPOSE: A dye mixing system for preparing and dyeing a dye for CPB is provided to control temperature and concentration and to minimize alkali solution hydrolysis. CONSTITUTION: A dye mixing system for CPB comprises: a dye dissolving unit(30) for dissolving a dye by mixing with water; an alkali dissolving unit(40) which prepares an alkali solution by mixing alkali and water; a mixing ration control unit(50) which controls injection amount of a dye solution in the dye dissolving unit and an alkali solution in the alkali dissolving unit in a predetermined ratio; and a mixing bath(60) for mixing the dye solution and alkali solution. The alkali dissolving unit has a cooling device.
